Emmi's Emmentaler, renowned for its iconic holes, delivers authentic alpine flavor. Crafted with raw cow milk, it boasts a sweet, nutty profile. A superb melter and fondue essential, this cheese is finely cared for. Named after the Emme Valley in Switzerland's Berne region, Emmentaler is an A.O.C. cheese, protected and produced in around 200 Swiss village dairies. The cheese's holes result from gas production during fermentation.
