The cheese uses milk from a low-stress Holstein-Friesian herd, processed via a traditional Dutch washed-curd method with strict aging on Dutch pine planks for at least 60 days. It offers a mild, sweet, earthy flavor with floral and vanilla notes. Marieke holds a Master Cheesemaker certification and the brand has won over 300 awards.
